    Thanks for your reply comments…much appreciated. I certainly respect your opinions and values…you make some great points. It’s certainly a ‘hot’ topic and probably not such a small minority as you may think…just overwhelmed. It all comes back to ‘choices’ after all, for everyone :)

    Sure,Perry mentioned the “mom”/”mum” rule, but I guess that’s a matter of perspective. In our family, we wouldn’t use the language he did in this video. It’s an issue of people’s upbringing in what was tolerable in their household. His mom certainly may use the language he used in this particular video. I’m just saying the information would have been just as valuable if he hadn’t been so crude. But, my opinion is probably a small minority as many people grow up with this as common language.

    loved the video…some great tips and guide re social media rules. I especially loved the ‘mum’ rule….too much trash talking out there…great to see someone laying down some good old fasioned communication guidelines. Thanks Perry!

    Thanks, you know this wasn’t meant to be a big deal. I just thought it was too bad that with such great content, Perry himself didn’t follow through with what he said. He could have reached a lot more people and not lost any content if he had done what he himself suggested. Wasim, I wish for you a great 2009.

    significantlifestyle: That’s not compromising a belief system at all, it’s being patient with human beings. If someone felt that your attitude was not right, what do think, “tough luck”, or would you want people to be kind to you by changing your attitude? Personally I like your videos too. I think you got a great attitude to life and the fact that you do not use bad language is obviously more preferable, for amy anyway.

    significantlifestyle, I agree with you, i wouldn’t talk like that with my Mum or kd either but I think sometimes we need to extract what we need from information and throw out what we personally find offensive or annoying. I would personally still listen to perry Belcher even if his language was very terrible but I’d get what i need out of it and the bad language isn’t what I personally use or need but it doesn’t offend me either. Pesonally i like what Perry Belcher has to say.

    Great stuff and super ideas Perry. But I think somewhere along the line mom should have washed your mouth out with soap and sent you to Sunday School! (According to you, she probably should have used a few bars herself!!)
