at first i thought it was wrong, but idk you’re right. i guess it’s just a thing in society that we try to hide. yes, i think it should be completely legal but it’s just a tough topic to talk about. ps, you’re very well spoken and i like your stories

Funny how these threatening actions would be appropriately dealth with, if the individuals involved were not protected by the title “christianity.” Same aspect spills over on to atheist writers. I agree with you completely though, remaining quiet about such topics will not resolve anything. Perhaps this is why threats are occuring, similar to a coyote being backed into a corner, they are desparately trying to defend their worldview. Difference is, a coyote has better moral guidelines.

i think that the OPTION to get an abortion should be there for women everywhere.

@flyboymd82 She explained in the first video she had an IUD. Also, you don’t know her so you can’t judge her.

I don’t think the goverment should be involved with the issue. If your a free person you can do what u wish with your own body

I completely agree with you. Women who’ve had abortions or are thinking of having abortions need to talk about these issues, publicly or privately. Communication is key!
    Hope you’re feeling well too.

I really hope that everything works out for you, Angie. This is a subject that needs to be talked about more often and I think its great that you’re the one doing it. I love your channel and all of your videos!

Indeed. You could offer them a basic income guarantee for life if they agree to be permanently sterilized. It’s a win-win solution; the poor get financial security and can have all the sex they want without having to worry about pregnancy, and society saves a lot of money by removing the root cause of poverty. People are self-destructive, sanctimonious retards for opposing such obviously beneficial policies.

She was using birth control, dumbass. She used an IUD, and her doctor informed her that the pregnancy posed a legitimate risk to her life, so she was totally justified in aborting (not that justification is even required).
And why shouldn’t she talk about it? The media is inundated with all kinds of shows like “16 and Pregnant”. Angie has every right to document and describe her abortion so that other people can learn from her experiences. She’s entitled to freedom of speech like anyone else is.

I Love You Sweetie. My mother had a miscarriage but she would agree with you totally. Confusions are bound to arise when you debate christians and emotions bubble up.

I am thankful that abortions are legal. You never know what is going to happen in the future. We need abortions to be legal, because without legal abortions because (some) women WILL turn to other messures to terminate their pregnancy. Also, I do not want my government having a say over what I can and cannot do with my body. It is MY body, not my governments. They have no right to tell me what I can/can’t do with it…. those are my thoughts.

couldn’t agree more. i would go further, and say that anyone on public assistance should be required to be sterilized. they should certainly not have babies on the public’s dime.

Abortion should be freely available at any time, to anyone, for any reason. Period. Same with contraceptives and sterilization. It’s irresponsible breeding that’s the real problem and needs to be actively discouraged, not birth control. If birth control implants were made mandatory from the onset of puberty until (at least) ‘legal age’, this would drastically reduce the number of unwanted (teen) pregnancies, as well as crime, poverty, child abuse, and other social ills. Think about it.

My first two pregnancies ended in miscarriage. I want to assure you that I was in no way offended by your statements. Since this was an induced miscarriage it is obvious that you were speaking about the physical process and not the emotional. I encourage the women who were offended to find help for themselves. My help comes from my friend who went thru the same thing. The true pain of miscarriage lasts a long time but it will get better.

You did not mis-speak when you likened abortion to miscarriage. A miscarriage is more formally known as a “spontaneous abortion.” You could have phrased it better, but you were not wrong.

Angie, as one of your “veteran” subscribers, I’d like to comment that you have earned much of my respect over the past few days. I am a male, so I don’t have quite the same viewpoint. However, one thing we have in common is that we both see things the way they are. We’re both atheists. The lump of cells you aborted was not a person. I can see that, and you can see that.

After a lot of thinking, I have decided to switch my opinion of abortion from “on the fence” to “pro-choice”.

    Adam
