Wonderful Mandy – I gained a couple of key nuggets from this video that I hadnt considered before
for example, I never usually address the video to one person in mind and also can feel as though I have to get ‘made up’ and make a perfect video.
Fantastic tips – very useful and valuable (p.s. love your videos)

Mandy, I thought that video was awesome. The points you made are extremely important to making a successful video. A lot of people need to hear this video and take on-board what you said. Love how you come across naturally, relaxed & all that bright energy. Congratulations on this master piece of work. Peace & Light, “Samantha Jane”

Great tips Mandy! Speaking to a singular “known” person is a tip that applies not only to video but also to good blogging! It makes a world of difference in how deeply we are able to connect with the reader. I love that you stay focused on environments that are natural and “home” for you as they bring a great personality to your videos as well as foster that all important rapport!

@debhocking1 Hi Deb, thanks for commenting. For me if I can picture someone if makes everything seem more ‘real’. When I used to just make videos ‘to the camera’, I would find myself keep freezing up

Excellent tips Mandy!
You really do come across so well on video!
The tips for sending video emails are super! I use video emails all the time and I can certainly vouch for their effectiveness. I hardly write emails any more!

@KimJCastleberry … how funny, I video blog all the time, yet while I always do this on camera, I never thought to do it with the words I write on the page. Maybe that is why I always feel more deeply connected to people through my blog posts that include video as opposed to the ones that don’t … Next blog post I write will be for someone specific – any ‘volunteers’?!

@EmmaDThomas Hi Emma, thanks for your comment, I love video email too. Now I’ve had it for a while I couldn’t live without it, it’s so easy … amazing how quickly we take new technology ‘for granted’ nowadays – and I am definitely not a ‘techie’ person!

Hi Mandy ~ You really are so incredibly natural at video making….so inspiring! Your tips are excellent ~ I am a huge fan of iWowWe’s video email as well and have dramatically increased my rapport building at networking events and through social media with this strategy. And great tip about connecting to one person specifically ~ it’s so easy to feel disconnected talking to a camera, and this tip is sure to make you more at ease and therefore more believable and trustworthy. Thanks so much!
